The Rotary Club of Portland in collaboration with Willamette University and The Portland Business Journal are soliciting nominations for the annual Oregon Ethics in Business Awards. The awards honor those organizations and individuals who have demonstrated ethical business practices in its broadest interpretation in the workplace, the marketplace, the environment and the community. Up to three for-profit businesses, one not-for-profit organization, and one individual will be honored for their contributions to business excellence and the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and civic and social responsibility.

A committee of community leaders will select finalists from the nominations received. Student teams from the Willamette University MBA Program will conduct research and prepare reports to be used by a second committee to select award recipients. Awards will be presented at a banquet in June 2011 at the Governor Hotel in Portland.
